Special gooseberries!As a by-product of my gooseberry vodka, which I've bottled tonight, I have a bowl of goosegogs that have been soaking since July 2nd this year!
I'm thinking in terms of a nice pie sweetened with honey, but I'll consider better ideas? The vodka is VERY nice! 
A bottle for me and one for a Yuletide pressy!

 Nice one! I can't drink vodka myself wounder what some would taste like in Gin???
