spicy lentil ballswe had an adaptation of this recipe yesterday: http://www.myplace.uklinux.net/recipes/#lentilballsbut I sauted the onion with 1tsp crush cumin seeds and only used 1 egg as it seemed moist enough. They were lovely. we had them with spicy ratattouille and pasta. Nice cold as well. Rather like moist falafel. I seem to be going through a spicy phase at the moment! |
