I saw daffodils (the mini ones) and crocuses in flower today! What a happy sight!
And I've been having salad for lunch for a few days. I can't stand salad in the winter!

Somewhere in our garden there are 5 or 6 sizeable clumps of snowdrops ... but I can't see them for the snow
However, I received a bunch of English flowers last week which includes tulips, mini daffodils and irises, amongst other things, so it can't be far off
can it?

I believe they have now got rid of 'Bill Oddie' for the BBC Springwatch! Hurray I never liked him he was very condescending!!

Master Sparhawk (son 13 I think )won a competition a couple of years ago to visit Springwatch when it was on the farm & "chose" to take me
I can confirm Kate Humble, although we only met her a couple of times, was absolutly charming, made time to talk with my son, & was very nice indeed...
We didn't meet Bill Oddie .
