No work, no rain, kind of no nothing really today! Have next week off work but having cancelled the holiday not quite sure what we will do
nanny-now and forever
no rain here either and almost (but not quite) none yesterday so i cut the grass again yesterday as i had a "window of opportunity" as they say
took me...4 hours and i still didn't do behind the fedge
mr nanny had gone out to do some trimming and the girls out front of house got on with normal stuff and then some horse handling....archie (here for fat camp) and squid (here for manners) were due to come in, archie first....he decided to jump the stable wall and ended up in the corridor..thanks very much....squid did very well in the school and will be returning home quite soon, a success all round really....
tyoday we were off out for mr nanny to trim another 5 horses somewhere out near china i think-at least it might as well be as it takes so long to get there...the girls went up to the car park field and found that tumble our quarter horse had decided to jump the fence and got tangled up in the wire....she has hurt all 4 legs, though it isn't life threatening and is in the stable for a day or two till she recovers....she is feeling very sorry for herself i have to say...
this week is rapidly filling up, a delivery of a pony to a new home on monday, a meeting in carmarthen on tues avo followed by a fund raising meeting in the evening, BHS condition scoring on wednesday, and collecting some free hay on friday .....
no peace for the wicked....

We have spent most of the weekend in the garden, cleaning out animals and fencing off the flower beds. weve yielded the potatoes.
Yesterday was the farmers market and school had a slot we made £130 on button jewellery and nettle plant food so a good days work.
Shame it's pouring with rain....
