Taste of SummerI have this reguarly and I thought I would share it with you as its is so fresh tasting.
Pizza Toast
First lightly toast some bread, put chopped spring onions, peppers and tomatoes on top.
add some grated cheese
then grill
and enjoy!

i shall have to try that. i nornally have it was tomato puree, cheese, olives and basil and occassionally a sliced pickled onion. mmm.
