Tues 15th Sep

Beautiful here, sun is splitting the sky. I've got the school run shortly so Coco and I are going to incorporate it into taking the dogs to the beach (not Rosie!).

Have a good day everyone.  Smile

Morning all  Very Happy

It's shaping up to be a nice day here too.  STILL no news on the job front, and I've got a lot to do today so I'd best get on with it!

Have a great day everyone  Very Happy

Flippin cold here!!!

Did you know Patrick Swayze had died! Very sad  Sad

might have to light the Rayburn for a bit, if the register plate was fitted I'd light the front fire!!!
Libby

I gave in and lit the Rayburn, started first time, very unusual, if it gets too warm I can always let it out again  Very Happy

I was a big fan of Patrick Swayze. Rob Lowe has said he will remember Patrick most for his love affair with his wife (Patricks wife obviously Laughing)
I thought that was a very lovely thing to say.
nanny-now and forever

very sad about patrick swayze, rather fancied him myself at one time....

then of course i found alan rickman so i was saved

grey and chilly today but very busy none the less....mr nanny and i went off to collect the two coming in on livery for a couple of weeks while everybody else got on with things...never got back till noon

after lunch it was another session with pearl and i have to say she had improved today, mr nanny did actually get his hand down to her hock without her trying to kill him in the end.....at one point she heaved a huge sigh at which point she started to improve so maybe she has accepted that he means her no harm....we will see....she has to catch on eventually, she certainly isn't stupid but she is determined....

we had lots of people around today and it was nice to see the activity on the farm and to hear the the banter of people having fun.....

much shifting of horses again before the afternoon feeds and that was the day taken care of....

mr nanny buried hobo under a big piec of slate that was situated under an old tree...clearly it had been used for that purpose before, its site tells you that much though there were no other animals in occupancy ...RIP hobo....
