My girls would love to see that.
Riding today, if it manages to stop raining long enough. I'm betting sports day will be cancelled.

RWR - remember to take it easy still!
Becki - are you feel better today?
JC - I'm guessing you must be off sick - get well soon.
Been to the weigh in today (19lb13). didn't speak to the HV of course - she'd just go on about him being so little. And J fell asleep on the way home - very early. He got us up at 6am today! So I'm having lunch right now.
I need it to stop raining for a day or two as I have such a backlog of washing and nowhere to dry it. toying with the idea of using the tumble dryer at the launderette.

Afternoon all
It seems that technology is falling over all over the place!
I'm still feeling rather bleurgh - I was home from the office by 9am yesterday and spent almost the whole day in bed (between visits to the bathroom, upon which I won't elaborate....). So far today I've managed to eat something AND keep it down, which is an improvement. Mr. JC is in a similar predicament. We've spoken to R and A's mum and explained that next time one of them has the lurgy, they can jolly well stay at home!!
I'm hoping to be back in the land of living tomorrow....
Oh, and lovely to see you back Redwillowrose, and congrats on your impending grannyhood again

I have pheasants hatching next to me, it's been rather scarey, the electric has been off all day, I was worried about them.
Got a ride in this morning, he was very lively and no cough!
Making Lasagne for tea
Still feeling a bit rough but another early night should do it.
Hope you feel better JC.

well better late than never again
i am feeling fine and my electricty and pooter are apparently in working order but i seem to be the only one in the world......
mr nanny had his day off and we rushed in for haircuts before belting off to collect the 5 sheep at last
they are lovley little girls, this year's hatch as it were and are now lodging in the big barn in a stable till they get used to coming to a bucket of food....i am a great believer in this method of making sure the sheep will come to me when i need them to....saves much time and frustration....
settled them in and then we shot off to carmarthen so that we could do some shopping...i haven't been as far as carmarthen for weeks so it was quite a change to see the big city....actually we had quite a lovely time and discussed much over a nice cup of coffee in a new place we found...
away home to find that jack is hors de combat yet again......that dog is a walking disaster just like merlin was at that age......this time it appears he has torn the skin between two toes on a back paw so we washed it out, slapped some savlon on it, wrapped it up in a bandage and put the foot in a dog boot that we bought several months ago "just in case"....
he walks a bit like a duck at the moment but hasn't tried to pull it off, he is good like that....anyway despite his major injury a restorative bonio meant that he managed to get as far as his bed where he is spending the rest of the evening sleeping to restore his strength.
all change again....the horse trust have apologised and rescheduled again to another date....now coming on the 23rd july..... tomorrow we were supposed to be going to visit and work with a horse belonging to one of our volunteers but now we are going to have to rush an animal to near swansea where a lady had two horses, one has died and the second cannot cope with being alone and is going bananas....if we aren't back in time we will be able to visit the volunteers horse on thursday as that is now a free day.....
saturday and sunday remain the same-at the moment anyway.....
hope everybody's 'pooter and power and well being improves
