Wednesday 09.09.0919 years ago today T was born in about 6 hours to be exact So we shall have cake and going to our favourite Indian restaurant tonight.
It is raining and I thought its was due to be sunny this week.
See the specialist today, can now get round the house without sticks, but use one if we go out. Can go up stairs one foot at a time, but can't come down like that yet, so getting there
All in all everything is good in my household

Happy birthday T And it's good to hear that your knee is improving Libby - not long now before you'll be sprinting around the block
We've got sunshine here, although there's a real nip in the air. OH is finishing work early today so I don't have to go home at lunchtime. I might work through lunch and slope off a bit early myself!
Have a great day everyone

Happy Birthday T.
Beautiful day here too, not sure what I'll be doing yet. I've gone deaf in my left ear so a GP's visit might be on the cards. I've got a hearing deficit anyway (was born with it) so it doesn't affect me too much except when I hold the phone to the left ear and think the person has hung up on me!
Have a good day everyone.

Happy Birthday T !!!
Great news about your leg Libby take it easy though I went through my achilles heel thanks to a plate glass window a few years back so ended up bum shuffleing up and down stairs a long while, so just take it steady and don't push yourself to much and USE your sticks as much as possible cos they can be a great help
Hope all goes well with your Lug Hole Kathy, the OH says I have selective hearing disorder what ever that means
Anyway sunny here at the moment not feeling up to doing much today tbh had abit of a brainstorm yesterday and decided to loose my temper with the ex husband (over the phone) so I'm sorta licking my war wounds at the moment and feeling all sorry for myself
Have A Good Day All!!!

hello all
what a cracker of a day for a change...proper early autumn weather, just the right temperature and unbroken sunshine at last...
AWOL again yesterday, sorry.....
quite busy during the day, mats laid in the barn, horses shifted round into new fields, all done in the drizzly rain that we had all day long and into the evening...had a meeting of our support group in the evening so by the time i got home, i was fit only for my bed...
today it was just mr nanny and myself really .....the coleg turned up with some new students for a riding thing (we provide the site and the animals, they do the rest and pay us a small donation) and after they left we got a chance to ride ebony in the school as a test for her followed by mr nanny having a session with bramble, the 3 yr old daughter of ebony who has had little handling really....he did a join up and after about 10 minutes was picking her hooves up as well...she is a strapping great thing 15.2 hh and very cob like in appearance....her mother is at least a hand smaller and also very cob like, both nice animals and belong to the trust; live up the road .....
from there we got on with the final preps for the BHS training that is going on in the front office even as i type...again, we provide the site and the animals for them to condition score and they get on with it.....trouble is that the training in from 6pm - 10pm this evening....gonna be a long day....
