No cooking today, I think I did my fair share last week,so a lovely day in the garden(no shorts here Nanny, I keep my legs well hidden!)
Libby, hope that your back is feeling better, Barrie's is Ok at the mo,as long as he doesn't lift heavy items.
Aqui, sounds like you've been very busy!Glad that Jacks sleeping is getting better.
Tom and Jen are off to Burton Bradstock for the day, its her 21st today,so they both have the day off work. Celebrations here later, as neither of her parents want to know.Nowt so strange as somefolk!

So whats at Burton Bradstock?? Rings a bell just can't place it??
Sunny here, I am moving, but still in alot of pain and greatlly frustrated, I have done 1st load of washing but have to make a number of trips up and down the garden to hang it out as I can't carry the weight I keep having to remind myself not to do stuff!
Potted on loads of tomato plants, yesterday, sitting down at a table, which I intend to sell out the front of my house!! How much should I charge do you think?
Off out for lunch, I can drive, in fact the seat in the car is more comfy than anything else in the house
Just done a home delivery shop So we don't run out of food!!!
Slap on the sunscreen before you go out, you can't be too careful!!!

Up here they charge 80p to £1 per plant for toms Libby.
Enjoy the 21st celebration Cookie, Wish Jen a happy one from me.
I'm running late today, got a bit of a cold and it's slowed me down a bit. I've got the outside pen to sort for the guinea pig and then banking to do when I go for E. Oh, and dog food to pick up to, better get my skates on!

I'm sure Jen will have a fantastic day.
We have just been on a school trip to a farm which is just up the road from our house. It was a great morning and we saw the cows being milked. Not alot has changed from when I did it when I was younger. It amazes me though how these kids can live in the country and still freak at the sight of cow pats.
Anyway, I'm off to have some lunch and will do some housework. The weather is glorious and I'm having a rare day off from riding. Makes me wish I was outside though

and hello again from the garden
absolutely beautiful here today, if anything better than yesterday
can't last for much longer can it?
the goats stayed in their field all night, they have a shelter with hay and straw in it so if it does rain they should be intelligent enough to find it....
but then we are talking goats here
i think they are in goat heaven actually, food on tap, plenty of room to roam around and hedges to trim back...what more can a goat want....
had to spend the morning inside as ihave to sort out some pictures for this brownie thing and they didn't want to print out properly.....got it now so tomorrow i shall try again ...then outside to trim the other side of the fedge and collect in the 2 loads of laundry, make the bed, water the plants, cut the grass again.....never stops here....didn't finish till nearly 7 and then we still had to eat
mr nanny's day was not so good....he was getting ready to put the round pen up in the school but instead had to go and collect one of our loan horses....it has come back in a bad state and mr nanny is not pleased nor am i...skinny as hell and really tucked up.....not good at all......gonna take a long time to sort this one out............the vet is coming tomorrow to have a look at her .........

Am back from dressmaking class and am just scanning the stuff from Lluest ready for posting.
Shame about the loan horse coming back Nanny. You never can tell really, no matter how much home checking is done. One of the homes we checked that seemed ok took on a spaniel, she was back at the rescue 2 weeks later.
What sort of eggs TGM?
I used to be a milk recorder Becki, saw lots of cows being milked and had plenty of cowpats land on my head!
Feeling better now thanks Jojo, Greenlady made me up some medicine and I'm always determined never to lie to down to a cold!
I'll just go and finish the adopted pony stuff, night all, sleep well
