Don't ask me D, i have had my puter re installed (because Microsoft said it was a counterfit copy, ) a new Modem (because the lightening blew my modem ). and now i have no sound.

Ecky thump - I can just about find the on/off switch - well can do a bit more than that, but wouldn't know a cookie from flatjack

Clearing cookies (without the calories )
If you're using Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and click Internet Options. You'll get a box up showing various options and you need to click Delete Cookies under the General tab.
If you're using Firefox, go to the Tools menu and click Options, again, you'll get a box of options. Click the Privacy button at the top of the box then choose the Cookies tab. Click the Clear Cookies Now button.
If you're using any other browser then I can't help because they're the only two I've got!!
