What to have!

As you may or may not know I am having a do. People will be arriving to stay Friday night, and continue on through Saturday night to Sunday.

The Breakfasts are sorted, the party food is sorted, the Sunday Roast is sorted.

What I need is food for the Friday night and for the Saturday about 4-5ish so people have food in them before they start drinking.

I am feeding about 15.

I thought about spag bol for the Friday, I can pre-make that and then just let it keep warm on the Rayburn, then cook pasta as and when people arrive.

The Saturday I was going to make and freeze mousakka then I could just wack them in the oven for people to eat. No preperation, no nothing, just serve.

Any other ideas that you may have would be gratefully appreciated.

Pizza Libby, everyone loves a bit of pizza, before, after and during a drinking session. It's simple to make and can be eaten hot or cold.  Very Happy

true, but I'm not sure I have enough oven space to fit in enough pizzas for 15 people Confused
Pilsbury

but they only take 15 mins to cook so as 1 comes out the next goes in, if you can fit 2 large ones in at a time then you should be ok. 5 mins to cut and tray them up 5 mins for everyone to grab a slice 5 mins to eat and the next ones are ready

Confused mmmmmmmmmmmmm knowing what guzzle guts they are I'm not so sure???
but having said that, I will consider it  Very Happy

I would say baked pots you can keep them going in the Rayburn and you can have different toppings ready, garted cheese, tuna, coleslaw, bolognaise, chile etc.
