Yland Ylang Healing Ointment

Kathy sent this to me for the Autumn Swap and it is fantastic.  I've been using it for all sorts but the last week Toffee has been the lucky recipient.

She has been suffering from a really dry nose so I tried a little bit on her.  I know you shouldn't use essential oils on dogs and cats but thought as it wasn't neat it would be fine.

Several applications later her nose is beautifully soft and shiny again so from Toffee....."Thank you Kathy"  Very Happy  Very Happy

Was it one you made yourself Kathy?  Do you add the essential oil to a basic cream made with beeswax etc?   Or do you have a 'special' recipe?

Sound like it might be good for my dry skin.  I have been using Bio Oil - but it is rather expensive - but good so far for scar tissue.

My herbalist daughter makes it and showed me how to do it. I might have posted the method here already, if not I'll do it later, got to go pick E up now.  Smile
