Coco has finally typed up our menu, all home made and mostly organic vegan. Except for the lemon drizzle cake it's all sugar free. Any flour used is either spelt or rice flour. Traffles are our version of the previously mentioned Bounce balls. Coco hasn't weighed any of the ingredients, just throws it all in until it "feels right". I'll try and pin her down as they are scrumptious. Laughing

Christmas Menu

Main Menu

Chestnut and Walnut Roast

Carnivore Menu
(Doesn't really belong here but it is part of the menu!)

Chicken (free range organic)

Chipolatas
See above for Veg etc.

E's Menu (We thought it would be nice to ask her what she wanted)

Parsnips

Glad you enjoyed it, we did too, the only thing we completely forgot to make was the gingerbread but never missed it till the 28th!!

How did other vegetarian Christmas menus fair last year? (Seems strange saying that!)
