I use the tea tree cream like liceblaster? I think that is what it is called. A hairdresser told me, and I didn't like hearing it the way it was put to me, to use it on the same day for three weeks. This works.

Also use something like Nads egg remover as well, and a very fine toothed comb, metal with magnification.
