we're having chicken breast stuffed with mozarella and wrappend in bacon, cubed mini roast potatoes and ratotouille, which should make enough for lunch tomorrow! Yum!  Laughing

I did a chilli Con Carni I brown the mince, drain of the fat, then put it in a casserole dish with a tin of baked beans because we are not keen on red beans and the sauce gives the chilli a nice creamy taste ,and a colmans chilli mix cook for about a hour in the oven serve with jackets potatoes nice easy meal Smile

mr nanny went outside in the howling gale and barbecued some burgers for us

he's a real man....................

Just made Ken Lo's Hung Shao pork with stirfried greens and rice. beautiful all simmered in dry sherry, soy, ginger, garlic, cinnamon and star anise. Wink  Laughing  Cool

tonight we are having a red dinner for our valentines meal! it's a veg sauce, containing tomatoes, beetroot and red kidney beans (amongst other things) with red quinoa.

it is indeed romantic

we had a ping meal again

he had spaghetti and meatballs and i had mushroom risotto

gonna have to go out to eat soon to have proper food as the kitchen is still two weeks away
