|
|
Is anyone else knitting for England this Christmas? Here's my list of Things I Must Knit...
2 x cotton shoulder bags
5 x small boys jumpers (ranging in size from 9 months old to 5 years
1 x some sort of knitted toy for a baby
2 x large boys socks
And before any of those, I have three quarters of a sleeve to knit to finish OH's latest jumper, but I should get that finished in the next couple of days.
Perhaps if we all posted our knitting lists, we could post progress as we go...? _________________ http://www.pennycottage.co.uk

I'm doing
2 sets of finger puppers (possibly 3)
1 bag (hmm, might that be the same one?!)
2 scarves (maybe 3)
1 clanger (or 2)
something for my sister
I think this might have to be for christmas 2009! _________________ Aqui, T and Baby Jack!

On the knitting machine:
1 cardi, an experiment to get me used to how the tension etc works.
By hand:
I've got 2 hats to finish, 1 is waiting for Mr Kathy to spin more wool.
1 scarf a joint effort by greenlady and myself.
numerous pairs of fingerless mitts
A sideways sleeveless thingy, another experiment, I like experimenting................. |

On the knitting machine, the experimental cardigan back is done, took me 30mns so it shouldn't take too long to do.
The joint effort scarf has grown a wee bit but the other items are still in my knitting bag!
How's everyone elses list doing? |
