This was full of trees, very beautiful before the estate chopped half of them down, we've finally cleared away all the wood. We've planted a fruit hedge all the way along the fence (courtesy of Aldis). There's half as much again behind me so the dogs have a good area.
The Silver birch planted to replace one chopped down.
Mr Kathy and Greenlady enjoying a rest beside the firepit (this area will get well used in the summer months!)

What a lovely idea to plant trees and replace the ones chopped down. You have wonderful views there, but I bet it gets a tad windy! _________________ http://codlinsandcream.blogspot.com/ |

I do consider myself very lucky Jojo, never in my wildest dreams did I imagine living somewhere like this after living on council estates most of my life. Yes it does have its drawbacks (my windows don't open, it's a cold house and I'm frequently without water) but the location and grounds make up for it.
Bovey, it is very windy round that bit but on a calm Summers night just lovely.
Aqui and Jellycat, you can come any time not sure about adoption laws though........................ |
