Todays success after spending 2 hours trying to "encourage" my Toyota 'lectric sewing machine to work, & only succeding to diagnose the problem (it has to go to the sewing machine doctors) last night was, (drum roll) a lovely old (1973 ish) hand cranked Singer. looks as though only been used once or twice not a mark on it, for £15...

Had a play this afternoon for an hour & its so smooooooooooth its lovely, takes turn ups on heavy denims without thinking...

V happy
