Ditto - I wouldn't be without mine.  I used to make my bread by hand - but it was hard work at times with my 'old bones', but having the bread maker is wonderful.  I even made jam in mine!  Malt loaves and fruit loaves come out perfect - and every other loaf too.  Couldn't be simpler - and the bread stays so fresh!

The best thing about it is the timer - great to throw the ingredients in and wake up to a fresh loaf - or ditto if you have almost run out - throw it all in - set it to be ready for tea time - and forget about it.

I am totally smitten
