That looks great, yummy! I like the wessex mill flour but have used Lidls as well. Mr Kathy makes better bread than me but he is more precise, everything gets weighed whereas I use my eye for quantities. Using a natural leaven produces wonderful bread, doesn't taste like sourdough when Mr Kathy makes it either. That might be something Richie wants to experiment with.  Smile

Ooh they do look good. I miss bread (I'm wheat intolerant). How did your spelt loaf go?

I havent used the spelt yet that,ll be the next batch most prob tommorow night baking friday morning I,ll let you know how i get on  Very Happy
