I get cravings, usually when I need to up my B12, then I eat it every day till I go off it again!

i like it in small doses....and i rapidly go off it....i think it is a vitamin thing as well...

Love it in small doses on toast or sarnies.But.......

It's great in cooking. Roast potatoes are enhanced by just half a teaspoon mixed into the boil. Marmite and salad cream sarnies are great too. Marmite as a baste over lamb,,,,Now that's good.

Edit....Honey and marmite go well together too. Particularly as a marinade for game.
