we have new neighbours next door, and I am NOT racsist, they are Romanians, and I just watched him throw a used tissue into the gutter !!! and its no use telling them as they dont speak a word of English !!
it makes me sao mad that I have to go to work, and some people come to this country and get a house, car, and dont have to go to work !!!
They also have little children in the car with no seat belts on !

Sorry have to agree, a family of 5 Romanians moved next door to an old mate of mine about 3 years ago now. No dis respect intended here to one culture alone but... the council after 6months of them moveing in took TONS of rubbish out of there back garden I mean Dirty Nappies, tins, cans and aload of other waste and did'nt fine or bill them even for public health breaches! I know this because my ex brother in law was contracted to clear the garden!

But hey ho... put are commuinty tax up to pay for it we don't mind Evil or Very Mad

Sorry ladies but that sort of behaviour can easily be seen in people native to this country (if indeed there ARE any people really native to this country) - it's absolutely nothing to do with them being Romanian.

Sometimes I think there are communication problems and large culture differences too. It must be terrifying really, caught between the devil and the deep blue sea. Displaced from your own country, landing in a strange place where you don't speak the language, it must be terrifying. They probably don't know about seat belt rules, rules about throwing litter on the ground, or even waste collection, (3 months without a bin?) I'm sure there'll be good and bad amongst them all and, as Lizzie says, I have seen all sorts of disgusting behaviour by British people.
