300 grams pasta flour or oo, 3 eggs, mix, rest , roll, now cut into strings or into circles for ravioli, sheets for lasagne. Dust well with flour , put into bags and freeze. Wink  Laughing  Cool I like to stuff the ravs before freezing, often with nettles and blue cheese. Wink

I'm not sure Paula but you can freeze any other pastry then defrost and roll. Why not try freezing a small amount and seeing if it works.  Smile
