300 grams pasta flour or oo, 3 eggs, mix, rest , roll, now cut into strings or into circles for ravioli, sheets for lasagne. Dust well with flour , put into bags and freeze. I like to stuff the ravs before freezing, often with nettles and blue cheese.  |

I'm not sure Paula but you can freeze any other pastry then defrost and roll. Why not try freezing a small amount and seeing if it works.  |
