What can I take for stiff joints? (not anything fishy as I'm a veggie!)

My knees (left knee is slightly twisted) and shoulder and elbow (old breaks) all get really stiff and achey when it's humid or foggy, so most of the year really!

Flaxseed has the omega 3 oils that people eat fish for (and fish supplements). Cheapest I've seen them is Holland and Barret, the brown ones are cheaper and have just the same properties as the gold so don't be mislead into thinking the gold ones are better.

Also, after reading some of Jan de Vries work with Alfred Vogel (Bioforce founder) I looked on his website and found a link that might help. It's for arthritis but applies to joint pains generally. There's a chart further down the page that gives you substances to avoid and good things to take. Becki, might be stuff there to help you as well. I should add that I cut out ALL caffeine and my joints improved by a marked degree.  Smile
