You may use new glue, pens etc and I will allow a new card blank to be used (bonus points if you don't use a new card blank) but all the other materials on the card must come from something that had a previous life as part of something else. Pieces of cards from Christmas and birthday cards, lace from charity shop goodness knows how long ago!
