I used to bite my nails and I have to say, stop and grow did absolutely nothing for it - tastes disgusting but if you're determined, you can bite through it!
I'm sorry to say that I didn't stop until I met my beloved, when I was 26...and I can't remember what made me stop now - better things to think about I expect |

I totally agree Leonnie....my granddaughter bites her nails...because she sees her mother doing it all the time(yeuch!)...and she wonders why the poor girl get ill all the time. I dread to think what germs congregate on her hands after being in school all day:( The Stop 'n Grow stuff is very good but you have to remind yourself to put it on quite a few times a day. I'm having Jasmine for the 2 weeks Easter break and will hope to have her habit kicked after that time Good luck |
