Hello, do you have to use seville oranges or can you use any variety, I have a few sevilles left and a glut of other oranges - can I still make it ?

I'm not sure of the answer to that one but I don't see why you can't. The other oranges will be sweeter though so you may end with a sweeter tasting marmalade rather than the sharp taste of seville marmalade. Perhaps you can get around that by adding in some lemons and or limes.
