Be they Jerusalem artichokes Libby? I've been meaning to try those every since I saw that Carol Klein prog in the summer...

Oh, they've got some of those in the free staff veg box. I've never tried them before so I'll get some today!

I'm still harvesting tomatoes and runner beans. The parsnips are fantastic, they'll stay in the ground for Christmas dinner. The sprouts are are coming along nicely as is the purple sprouting brocoli.

dug up my sweet potatoes on the weekend as baby was finally asleep in the the pram for a bit

still got borlotti beans to harvest, other than that everything else has been dying off now. it's a weed jungle out there! amazing how quickly it takes over when you havent got the 1 hour each w/e or so to keep on top of things....

not managed to get any winter veg planted in the summer so there wont be anything for us to harvest this winter - bar a few volunteer potatoes which might just yield a few new pots around xmas time...
