I went on a coach trip yesterday to Easton Walled Gardens Nr Grantham Lincs to view the lovely Snowdrops,it was a freezing day but that didn't detract from the beautiful sight
We were given a talk and did you know the only that the only way to guarantee your snowdrops will come up next year is to buy a plant and not bulbs because by the time you have bought bulbs from the garden centre they will have dried out and are really dead |

Oh that's wonderful Jojo, I love snowdrops.
Strange about the buying bulbs thing, might buy a few and test the theory. |

Aren't they beautiful? Thanks for posting the photo Jojo.
I planted 50 snowdrop bulbs a few years ago and not one came up.... _________________ http://www.pennycottage.co.uk
