This was the menu for a restaurant night at Greenlady's new cafe which we did last night. She had many requests to do one and it's a nice wee earner.
It was so successful that we've decided to have it for our own Christmas dinner.

We will do boiled and roast potatoes though and have Traffles, christmas cake, and mince pies of course.

I adore Beetroot and its good for me as its so high in fibre so would love this recipe. In fact recipies for all the above would be appreciated, if your allowed _________________ "If we reduce the amount of stuff we allow to accumulate in our lives, we won't have to organise it"

I should add that most of the customers were vegan so we stuck with a vegan menu for simplicity. The cheesecake was made with silken tofu on a spelt biscuit base.
