Lottie, I use Abbey Essentials and find them very good and a reasonable price. abbeyessentials.com
Eve Taylor are good quality and the company I used when working professionally but they are expensive.
Neals Yard Remedies also good and all organic but again I think they are quite expensive.
Lavender Salt Body Scrub
7oz sea salt
1oz lavender flowers
12fl oz almond oil
20 drops lavender oil
Blend the dry ingredients and put into a wide necked jar (I use an old kilner type jar)
Pour the oil over.
Thats it!
You can vary the ingredients - use more or less lavender as you like, try different herbs and essential oils depending on preference.
Don't worry about weighing everything carefully, really not necessary, just bung it all together, scoop a handful, apply in circular strokes all over except face, and shower off. I like to soak a while in the bath before showering off, lovely soft skin after.
PLEASE don't slip in the bath and the downside is its going to need a clean afterwards! |

Thanks from me too. Rosemary would be a lovely winter warmer wouldn't it.
Candles around the bath - door locked for perfect peace - maybe holistic music playing softly - bliss. _________________ Lottie the Allotment Lady |

Rosemary is very good for the circulation, but shouldn't be used if you have high blood pressure. |
