Again today it was sunny for a change  Very Happy  so we took the short trip to Port Eynon we managed to get these few pictures there were butterfly's everywhere I have never seen so many red admirals ! we also managed to get half a bag of Rock Samphire as well not bad for £1:10 parking  Laughing

Thanks all  Very Happy lovely day again today but can't get out to take some more snaps (OH at work  Sad )

Libby the Rock Samphire is very much like Marsh Samphire you normally see at the fishmongers sometimes  Very Happy

You can pickle it in vinigar but I just steam it until tender add a knob of butter, salt, black pepper & a squeeze of lemon and munch with fish  Very Happy
I do honistly prefer Marsh Samphire but this type's just as good when you can find it.
