| We have two haunches of Muntjac to bone out later for a pot roast so I will try this recipe on some of it and report back. |

| Turned out to be two haunches, so one I boned and am smoking over Jim Beam oak chips. It will end up as a smoked venison Christmas pate. The other I am marinating and will roast with root veg and gravy tomorrow night. Eat ya heart out! :) |
