Nice nosh. Basics for us tonight, Jacket spud with bangers and beans, grated cheese over the top.
Jen, when we come, we must go prawn catching, as well as laver. I have a cray trap I can bring too. And guns...................... |

| Tonight I made chicken jajitas with fresh salsa, and last night chicken legs basted in honey and marmite (which was rather good!). |

| No recipe as such, I just got the idea into my head, so took six drumsticks, mixed two tablespoons of honey with one of marmite, then oven roasted the chicken with frequent bastings of the glaze. Once done I stripped off the meat and mixed it with pasta, chopped peppers etc, poured the remaining glaze over the top and served. |
